A dessert that does not require special ingredients, simple and always successful. For many years it was the dessert of Sundays in Spanish homes.
- cinnamon and powdered sugar
- 125 g of corn flour
- 2 eggs
- wheat flour
- sunflower oil
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 l of milk
Mix the flour with the sugar, meanwhile boil the milk with the cinnamon and the lemon peel, remove and add the flour and sugar, bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it takes texture, pour over a plate smeared with olive oil sunflower and let cool until set, cut into the desired shape.
To pass the “lechefrita” by flour trying to shake them so that they remain nothing else with the essentials.
Then pass through the beaten egg, rest it on a rack to avoid excess egg and fry in the hot sunflower oil, remove and leave on absorbent paper and sprinkle with the cinnamon powder and sugar.
