Haricot beans are a product with a long tradition in the Basque Country and have been grown on our farms for more than 500 years.
Haricot beans with the Eusko Label are high quality and belong to selected varieties. They have been classified by expert tasters as “very good” or “excellent”. Its artisanal production in small orchards near the farmhouse, is characterised by using the most environmentally friendly cultivation techniques.
The most characteristic types of haricot beans in the Basque Country are as follows: haricot beans from Tolosa, haricot beans from Alava and haricot beans from Gernika.
